Is that of a community caring for and connecting with one another using the wealth of wisdom, special talents and interests available in our own town to help us age better at home.
 

OUR COMMUNITY:

Includes members, volunteers and donors giving and/or receiving support, services, programs and information. This will be shaped by the specific needs and the capacity to provide support within this community of neighbors helping neighbors.
